Rodent control in Greenville, SC
Traps catch the mice in your house today. Sealing the hole is what stops the ones arriving next week. We do both, and we come back to show you it held.
Interior rodent monitoring is included in every recurring plan, from $40 every 4 weeks.
If you only set traps, you have signed up for this forever
A trap deals with the mouse standing on it. It does nothing about the gap behind your dryer vent that the mouse walked through.
A house mouse fits through an opening about the width of a pencil, and a lot of Upstate homes sit over crawlspaces with more openings than anybody realises. So we treat the hole as the actual problem and the rodent as the symptom, find the routes, seal them with material they cannot chew, then clear out whatever is already inside.

Tamper-resistant stations, placed on the routes we actually found, not scattered around hopefully.
You can check most of this yourself in ten minutes. If two or more look familiar, text us a photo and we will tell you what it is.
Scratching overhead at night
Roof rats are active after dark and they climb. Noise in the attic or in the wall above a kitchen cabinet usually means rats rather than mice, and usually means they found a way in near the roofline.
Droppings along a wall or under the sink
Mice leave dark grains about the size of a rice kernel; rats leave something closer to a raisin. Either way they follow edges, so the baseboards and the back of the under-sink cabinet are where you'll see them first.
Gnaw marks on packaging
Chewed cereal boxes, dog food bags, or the corner of a pantry shelf. Rodents test everything with their teeth, and food packaging is the easiest thing in your house to open.
A smear or grease trail
Rats travel the same route every night and leave a dark rub mark along it. Finding that line tells us where they're running, which is more useful than knowing they exist.
Shredded insulation or nesting material
Torn paper, insulation, or fabric gathered into a pile in the attic, the garage, or behind an appliance. That's a nest, and it means they're breeding rather than passing through.
The dog won't leave one spot alone
Pets hear and smell them well before you do. If yours has become obsessed with one cabinet or one patch of wall, that's worth a look.
Find out what you have, and where
Mice and rats behave differently and get in differently, so the first visit is spent working out which one you have and what route it is using. Attic, crawlspace, garage, under the cabinets, we go where the evidence is rather than guessing from the driveway.
Close the door behind them
This is the part most companies skip and the reason problems come back. We seal the entry points we find, pipe penetrations, vent gaps, crawlspace access, the space under a garage door, with materials rodents cannot chew through. Trapping without sealing just makes room for the next one.
Remove what is already inside
Tamper-resistant stations and mechanical traps, placed along the routes we identified and well out of reach of children and pets. If you would rather we used no rodenticide at all, we will build the plan around exclusion and trapping instead.
Come back and prove it worked
We return to check the stations, confirm the seals held, and show you photos of what we found. A rodent job is not finished when the noise stops for a week, it is finished when nothing is getting in.
Nothing loose on the floor of your house
Rodent work is where the pet-and-kid-safe promise gets tested, so this is how we do it.
- Tamper-resistant stations and mechanical traps only, never open bait
- Placed where children and pets cannot reach them, and we show you where
- A no-rodenticide plan built on exclusion and trapping if you prefer
- Entry points sealed with materials rodents cannot chew through
- Findings and placements documented with photos
