We hire for character and train for skill. If you’ve never touched a sprayer or a squeegee in your life, that’s fine, we can teach the work. What we can’t teach is showing up on time and treating somebody’s home like it matters.
Before you apply, here’s what you’re actually signing up for
The pay
Hourly to start with room to move up quickly, plus a share of the work you bring in. We'll tell you the number on the first call, not the third.
The hours
Full time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays in the busy season. Home for dinner. Christmas Lights season runs longer if you want the extra.
The work
Outside, on your feet, in South Carolina weather. Ladders, crawlspaces, spray equipment. Some days are hot and some are wet. We won't dress that up.
The truck
You'll drive a brown Tango truck with your name known in the neighbourhoods you serve. Clean uniform, real equipment, no beaters.
Character over résumé

- You have a valid driver's licence and a clean-enough record to drive our truck.
